Terms of Participation in The Lace Bonus Program

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Lace Bonus Program is a loyalty program available exclusively at The Lace retail stores. It allows customers to accumulate bonuses for purchases and use them for partial payment of future purchases.

1.2. Participation in the program is voluntary, free of charge, and not automatic.

2. How to Become a Member

2.1. To participate in the program, the customer must provide their name and phone number to a store employee.

2.2. A bonus card is issued at the time of purchase.

2.3. Customers may also provide their date of birth voluntarily. In this case:

The customer will receive 200 bonus points for their birthday.
The birthday bonus will be active 3 days before, on the day of, and 3 days after the birthday.
To receive the birthday bonus for the upcoming birthday, the bonus card must be issued at least 1 day prior to the date of birth.
Bonus points are credited automatically after the system update, without involvement of store staff or administrators.

2.4. The store employee registers the customer in the system and activates the bonus account.

2.5. The bonus program applies only to purchases at retail stores and does not apply to purchases in the online store thelace.com.ua.

3. Bonus Accumulation

3.1. Basic level: Customers receive 10% of the purchase amount as bonus points.

For example: with a purchase of 1000 UAH, the customer will receive 100 bonus points.

3.2. Additional level: 15% bonus points are available:

Personally to customers who had achieved the maximum discount level under the previous bonus system of The Lace.
To all program participants once they reach a total purchase amount of 150,000 UAH.

3.3. Bonus points are credited immediately after the purchase but become active on the 15th day after the date of purchase.

3.4. Additional bonus points may also be credited during promotions, festive campaigns, or through individual offers.

4. Bonus Usage

4.1. Bonuses can be used to pay up to 50% of the cost of the next purchase at The Lace retail stores.

4.2. 1 bonus point = 1 UAH when used for payment.

4.3. Bonuses can be used only for full-priced items.
Promotional items and items on sale cannot be paid for with bonuses, although bonuses can still be accumulated for their purchase.

4.4. Bonuses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.

4.5. Bonus points are valid for 12 months from the activation date.

5. Other Terms

5.1. If goods are returned before the bonus activation date, the pending bonuses will be automatically canceled.

5.2. If a product was partially paid for with bonus points, the used bonus points are not restored upon return.

5.3. Store administrators, sales staff, and other employees of The Lace are not authorized to make any manual changes to the number of bonus points, their usage, or expiration terms.
All processes are automatically managed by the system.

5.4. In case of any questions or disputes regarding the operation of the bonus program, customers may contact us by email at: bonus@thelace.com.ua.

5.5. The Lace reserves the right to amend the terms of the bonus program with prior notification to customers through stores or official communication channels.

5.6. In case of violations of the program rules or fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to cancel bonus points and refuse further participation in the program.
