Terms of Participation in The Lace Loyalty Program
1. General Provisions
1.1. The The Lace loyalty program is valid exclusively in The Lace retail stores and allows customers to collect bonus points for purchases and use them toward partial payment on future purchases.
1.2. Participation in the program is voluntary and free of charge, and is not automatic.
2. How to Join
2.1. To join the loyalty program, a customer must provide their name and phone number to a store staff member.
2.2. The store staff registers the customer in the system and activates their bonus account.
2.3. The loyalty program does not apply to online purchases on thelace.com.ua — it is valid only in physical retail stores.
3. Earning Bonus Points
3.1. Customers receive 10% of the purchase amount in bonus points.
Example: if you spend 1000 UAH, you receive 100 bonus points.
3.2. Bonus points are credited immediately after the purchase, but become active on the 15th day after the date of purchase.
3.3. Additional bonus points may be awarded during promotions, holiday events, or special offers.
4. Using Bonus Points
4.1. Bonus points can be used to cover up to 50% of the value of the next purchase in The Lace retail stores.
4.2. 1 bonus point = 1 UAH toward payment.
4.3. Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
4.4. Bonus points are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
5. Additional Terms
5.1. If a product is returned before the bonus points are activated, the points will be cancelled.
5.2. If a product was partially paid for using bonus points, the used points will not be refunded in case of return.
5.3. The Lace reserves the right to change the terms of the loyalty program, with prior notice to customers through in-store announcements or official communication channels.
5.4. In case of misuse or fraudulent activity, the company may cancel bonus points or deny further participation in the program.
