Delivery

The online store usually takes 1 to 3 days to process an order. In case of longer order processing times, the customer support manager will inform you about it. In the case of a pre-order, the customer support manager will provide an estimated date when the order will be ready.

Nova Poshta

We deliver orders across Ukraine using the Nova Poshta delivery service. You can choose delivery to a post office, to a post office or to an address (similar to classic courier delivery).

The company mostly delivers parcels within Ukraine in just 1 day. The cost of delivery is according to Nova Poshta fees.

Delivery of orders over UAH 3,500 is free of charge for the client.

In-store pickup

You can reserve goods in our stores in Kyiv, Ukraine. To do this, add products to the cart, select the delivery method “Pick-up from the store” in the cart, and choose the most convenient store from the three options: River Mall, Gulliver, Skymall.

Your order will be reserved in the selected store for two days (not counting the date of placing the order). If you wish to extend the reserve period, please contact us in the most convenient way for you.

International delivery

We carry out international deliveries by Ukrposhta delivery service. Average worldwide delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

The cost of delivery is automatically calculated on the checkout page after shipping address is entered.

All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country. Please study the duty-free limit for the parcels from abroad and customs clearance conditions in advance, as we do not cover the cost of customs clearance and do not refund customs clearance fees. Rejection of an already sent parcel due to unwillingness to clear it means that the funds paid for the delivery of the order are non-refundable and the client will be refunded only for the payment of the goods (as soon as the parcels is returned back).

We deliver to all countries of the world except Russia and Belarus.
