Return by Nova Poshta
Each order includes a return form in the package. In this form, all conditions of the return and the address to which the goods must be sent are indicated. You need to fill it in and put it inside the parcel and send the parcel back to us.
Return to the store
If it is more convenient for you to return the goods sent to you by Nova Poshta to the store, you can do so. Fill in the return form and bring the product together with the form to the store. A consultant in the store will help you arrange everything correctly.
Refunds in both cases follow the same principle:
1. The term of refund to the bank card is 5 working days from the next day after receiving the parcel with
the return of goods.
2. If you paid for the order using the LiqPay payment service, you do not need to enter personal data.
Refunds are made through the LiqPay service to the same card from which the payment was made.
The refund period through the LiqPay service is up to 7 working days from the next day after receiving the parcel
with the return of the goods.
Exchanges and returns of all orders within Ukraine are free of charge.
Purchases made in THE LACE stores
You can return purchased items within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made.
If it is more convenient for you to return the goods that were purchased at THE LACE store, using Nova Poshta delivery service – you can do so. You need to put a paper check in the parcel and send the goods by Nova Poshta. It is better to clarify the rest of the details with our customer support manager in any convenient way.

Returning orders with international delivery
Each order includes a return form in the package. In this form, all conditions of the return and the address to which the goods must be sent are indicated. You need to fill it in, put it inside the parcel and send the parcel back to us. Cost of return delivery is paid by the client.
While arranging the shipment of the return, you have to indicate that it is a return of the goods (thus avoiding repeated customs clearance of the return) – otherwise, the cost of customs clearance will be deducted from the amount of the return.
