Thelace.com.ua offer to conclude a remote retail sale and purchase agreement from 16.04.2024. This public offer agreement is concluded between the Seller on the one hand and the Buyer, any person who has accepted this offer, on the other. This agreement is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons.

By placing an order for any product or service on the thelace.com.ua website, you agree to the terms of this public offer.

This Public offer is valid until the adoption of the new version of the offer.

Terms and Definitions

In this offer, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings and are an integral part of it:

Seller – TM THE LACE, Individual entrepreneur Kolesnyk Kristina Anatoliyivna (tel: +38 067 252 52 03, e-mail: info@thelace.com.ua).
User – any natural or legal person, a visitor to the site https://thelace.com.ua, accepting all the conditions of this offer and intending to order the Goods.
Buyer – any individual or legal entity, a site visitor, placing an order on the site https: //thelace.com.ua for the purpose of purchasing the Goods and thereby confirming his agreement with all the terms of this offer.
Online store – the official online store of the Seller TM THE LACE (Individual entrepreneur Kolesnyk Kristina Anatoliyivna), located at the Internet address https://thelace.com.ua.
Within the framework of this agreement, the concepts of the Internet store and the Store, as well as the Internet address https: //thelace.com.ua and all derivatives from thelace.com.ua are equivalent and are interpreted authentically, in the context of the offer.
Goods – the object of the agreement of the parties; clothing, accessories and other items presented in the official online store for the purpose of selling them.
Sales Rules – Rules for the sale of goods in THE LACE online store.
A promotional discount is a discount that is provided for a specific Product. The amount of the discount is indicated on the Product page. The price of the Product has already been indicated taking into account the promotional discount.
A coupon is a special code that, when entered by the User, activates a special discount on the Product.
General Provisions

2.1 The Seller sells the Goods through the Online Store at: https://thelace.com.ua.

2.2 By ordering the Goods in the Online Store, the User agrees to the terms of sale of the Goods posted on the website. In case of disagreement with the terms of sale, the User must immediately stop using the service and leave the site https://thelace.com.ua.

2.3 The current conditions of sale of the Goods and the information about the Goods posted on the website is a public offer in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2.4 The current conditions can be changed by the Seller without informing the User / Buyer about it unilaterally. The new version of the terms of this agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement itself.

2.5 The Agreement becomes effective from the moment the Seller confirms the Buyer’s acceptance of the Order in any form when the Buyer places an order on the Site, as well as from the moment the Buyer accepts the Order by phone indicated on the Site.

2.6 By providing the Seller with his phone number and e-mail, the Buyer agrees to the use of the indicated means of communication by the Seller, as well as by third parties involved by him in fulfilling his obligations to the Buyer.
The data can be used to disseminate information about the transfer of the delivery order, as well as other information directly related to the fulfillment of the obligation to the Buyer under this Public Offer.
Also, the data specified by the Buyer can be used to distribute promotions, news about promotions, discounts, as well as other actions of the Seller.
When placing an Order, the User / Buyer agrees that the Seller can entrust the execution of the Agreement to a third party, while remaining responsible for its implementation.

Subject of the contract

3.1 The subject of this Agreement is the opportunity provided to the User to buy for personal needs, not related to the implementation of entrepreneurial activities, the Goods presented in the catalog of the online store https://thelace.com.ua.

Product and purchase procedure

4.1 The Seller ensures the availability of the Goods presented in the online store. Descriptions and specifications accompanying the Product are not exhaustive and may contain typographical errors. In order to clarify information regarding the Product of interest, the Buyer can contact the Support Service at any time by the phone number indicated in the online store.

4.2 If the Seller does not have the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Order or cancel the Order by notifying the Buyer about this by e-mail or by contacting him by phone.
