The certificate is valid for one year from the date of its purchase. The certificate is valid in the thelace.com.ua online store for all available products. The certificate cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, it can be used once (for one purchase), the difference between the amount of the certificate and the amount of the purchase is not refundable. Additional payment (if the order is more expensive than the value of gift certificate) can be made on the website or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order.

How it works?

When placing an order for a gift certificate, the buyer enters the data of the recipient of the certificate - his name and e-mail, as well as the desired date of delivery of the e-mail with the certificate to the recipient's e-mail (so that the gift arrives on the right date). After payment of the order for the gift certificate, on the selected date an e-mail will be delivered to the recipient and he/she will be able to use his/her certificate according to the *Terms & Conditions.

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

We deliver orders across Ukraine using the Nova Poshta delivery service. You can choose delivery to a branch / post office / address (analogue of classic courier delivery). Delivery to most cities in Ukraine is carried out in just 1 day. The cost of delivery is according to the fees of the Nova Poshta delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We carry out international delivery using the NovaPost and UkrPoshta delivery services.
Delivery time: from 3 working days (Poland and Moldova) to 15 working days (remote regions).
The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart at checkout.

RETURNS

You can return the goods within 14 days after purchase / receipt of the goods. In the parcel, you will have a return form that you need to fill out and put in the parcel. The refund will be made within 5 working days after the date of receipt of the returned parcel (not counting the day of receipt). The order is returned using the Easy Return service, which is available in the mobile application or business account of Nova Poshta.
When returning international parcels, the delivery cost is paid by the customer.
Please note that we check the returned goods to ensure that they are in good condition.
