LOCAL DELIVERY (within Ukraine

We deliver orders across Ukraine using the Nova Poshta delivery service. You can choose delivery to the branch or to the address (similar to classic courier delivery). Delivery is made in just 1 day to most cities of Ukraine. The cost of delivery is according to the fees of the Nova Poshta delivery service. Delivery of orders over UAH 3,500 is FREE.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We carry out international delivery by Nova Post, Ukrposhta and Meest Express delivery services.
Delivery time: from 3 working days (Poland and Moldova) to 15 working days (remote regions).
The cost of delivery is automatically calculated in the shopping cart on the checkout page during order placement.

RETURNS

You can return the product within 14 days after purchasing/receiving the product. In the package you will have a return form that you have to fill out and enclose in the package. Refunds will be made within 5 working days after the date of receipt of the return package (not counting the day of receipt). The return of parcels within Ukraine is FREE.
When returning international parcels, the cost of delivery is paid by the customer.
We draw your attention to the fact that we check the returned goods for the preservation of their appearance.

Try and Reserve in the store

You can try on our products in the brand’s physical stores in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa. Addresses, opening hours and contact numbers of the stores are posted on the page “CONTACTS“.

Also, you can reserve online the products in our stores in Kyiv. To do this add the products to the cart, select the delivery method “Pickup from the showroom” in the basket and choose the most convenient store from three options: River Mall, Gulliver, Skymall.

Your order will be reserved in the selected store for two days (excluding the date of the order). If you wish to extend the reservation period, please contact us in the most convenient way for you.
